Lol you guys i am already overwhelm with grade 12 already. Can’t stop thinking about how good my marks should be, wat i can do to make my year unforgeable, volunteer, scholarships, college and uni application, prom, boat cruise… AHH AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON.

anywwhooo i have exciting news to share…reaaaddyyy for it??!!
I AM GOING TO START INSANITY AGAIN ! Omg, last time i did it i actually saw results and felt amazing and my stamina was on point. Honestly, i seriously need to work on my cardio in order to burn this fat off mii body. So since i always feel like i am going to die on the treadmill not even 10 mins into my cardio workout, i need to step up my game and wat better way to do that than do INSANITY !

I already decided that i am going to be lifting 2 -3 times per week and doing Insanity throughout the week. Since i know wat to expect i am going to push myself HARDER than EVER before. No more babying myself during cardio, i am going to give the same commitment i put during my weight session.
Today i worked out my whole body:
- barbell squat - bar, 1 set 20 reps, 2x25 1 set 20 reps, 2x35 2 sets 15 rep, 2x45 1 set 14 — YEAH BBY!
- dumbbell lunges - 30 1 set 10 reps each leg, 2 sets 5 reps each leg— i made look easy ; )
- dumbbell stiff leg deadlift- 30 3 sets 10 reps
- seated cable row- 70 1 set 20 reps, 115 3 sets 10 reps , oh hot damn, sexy back muscles, where you at ?!!
- lat pulldown - 105 1 set 20 reps, 120 2 sets 15 reps, 135 1 set 10 reps
- bicep curl - 25 3 sets 15 reps, 1 set 10 reps
- pec flye machine 90 1 set 15 reps, 105 2 sets 10 reps, 120 2 sets 5 reps
- machine press - 80 1 set 20 reps, 1 set 10 reps, 1 set 5 reps, 1 set 7 reps
- leg press - 150 2 sets 10 reps, 75 2 sets per leg, 10 reps each leg
Could have done more but it was getting late and it was pretty dark and i was biking home and plus i thought by 8:00 there weren’t going to be that much ppl. guessed wrong.
