So after my decision of staying up late to watch episodes of Petty little liars, i woke up later than i usually. Around 10 ish, got up, ate my breakfast, clean up the houses and i was waiting for that motivation to go the gym to kick in. 

not a lot of time passed and my BEAST MODE was ACTIVATED.  i got there and the gym was packed with guys. put on my head phone and i got this confidence to strut my stuff to the squat rack and get to work. 

i caught soo many guys checking me work my butt off. i was pouring sweat and lovin every sec of time. usually when i go to the gym and its full with guys, i avoid the weights and go to the cardio machine, but thankfully as my confidence just keeps on growing i am getting more and more comfortable to hit it hard at the gym no matter who is watching :D 

  • barbell lunges - 2x25 2 sets 1q0 reps, 2 sets 15 reps 
  • barbell squat - 2x35 4 sets 15 reps 
  • one leg leg press - 2x45 + bar weight (60) 1 set 15 reps, 3 sets 20 reps 
  • leg press - 3x45  4 sets 20 reps 
  • leg extension - 180 4 sets 10 reps 
  • dumbbell lunges - 30 4 sets 12 rep 
  • full plie dumbbell squat - 50 1 set 20 reps, 55 3 sets 20 reps 
  • standing leg curl - 60 3 sets 10 reps, 75 1 set 6 reps 

didnt have time for cardio, cuz i needed to go to my church reharsal for an upcoming service.
