- barbell sqaut - 45 2 sets 20 reps, 25x2 2 sets 15 reps
- one leg leg press 45x2 4 sets 10 reps each leg
- walking lunges w/ medicine ball- 7 kg 4 sets 20 lunges
- one leg up w/ jump 3 sets 10 reps each leg
- explosive dumbbell squat - 20 3 sets 20 reps
- kettlebell swing - 25kg 3 sets 20 reps
- leg curl - 45 1 set 15 (each leg), 2 sets 15 reps
- plie dumbbell squat 45 2 sets 15 reps, 1 set 20 reps
- cable hip abductor - 45 3 sets 15 reps each leg
- dumbbell deadlift - 30 3 sets 15 reps
- cable glute kick - 45 3 sets 15 reps each leg
didnt do my afternoon cardio workout cuz the kids from work exhausted me.
i dont know if its really cheating but on of the volunteers brought home made chocolate chip cookies and the looked reallky healthy cuz it was some almonds, and gronala, IT WAS A PARTY IN MY MOUTH. soo good, but besides that ate pretty clean :D
