OMG GOING TO SAY IT AGAIN LOOOOOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE THIS MOVIE ! - made my day. 

anywho becuz i couldnt find the strength to pause the movie and go do my 3 miler, i decided that i am going to postpone it on sunday my “rest day” : )

buttt i did my morning workout do worry loves here it is : 

Hit Back and biceps

  • dumbbell curl 
  • hummer curls 
  • one arm dummbell row 
  • seated cable row 
  • row machine (its a weight lifting machine not the cardio) 
  • deadlift 
  • barbell curl 
  • one arm standing dumbbell press
  • stationary bike HIIT 20 mins 210 cals 7 miles 

dont have time to type in my reps and set..i got bible study in 10 mins.
