110 % and NOTHING else

Tomorrow is my first day of carb cycling and the carb intake tomorrow is extremely low so: SALAD, FRUIT, VEGGIES, AND SOME MORE SALAD. My only startchy carb intake will be oatmeal for breakfast. 

GOING TO DRINK lot of water.

unfortunately, i wont make it to the gym cuz you know…. studying for math test and i would go early in the morning but its close to 1:00 o clock and i am still doing my hmwk, this weekend was pretty hectic. :(
