Finally have have time to do anything BESIDES hmwk and i dont know wat to do with mysef, i have been snacking all day URG.
beautiful weather but i dont want to go outside cuz after my mom comes back from work, dad and i need to go look for her mom’s day gift.
….soo couple weeks ago i sat down and tried to find out why i wasnt losing weight with all the effort i gave on my diet and insanity workouts, i realize that i wasnt eating enough. i have been keeping track wat i ate and how much of it and some days i barely eati more than 1200 cals
i think the reason why is becuz of my bloated problems. i am always postponing my appointment to go see the doctors i need to do it today or tomorrow.
currently researching meals with high protein, low fat and not so high complex carbs.
