heeey not exactly sure cuz mainly i have been losing fat and gaining muscles so the scale wouldnt tell me for sure how much weight i have lost overall : / diet is 80% of getting a sexy, lean, tone body and 20 % is training, now i am not talking about spending hours on the treadmill, NO i am talking about not being afraid to lift weights and do HIIT cardio to speed up ur metabolism. also eating clean and you will see awesome results and feel ON TOP OF THE WORLD :D
