guys before starting my workout i realize how TONE my legs are getting like u have no idea. it feels AH-MAZING cuz i use to hate them so being so big and and mushy.
BUT I DONT GET IT. !!!
how come i am eating clean, doing my workouts giving 90 -100% and not caring about the numbers on the scale, i can PHYSICALLY see the that my legs are MUCH slimmer and toner than ever before, i can feel them getting STRONGER.….. yet..my jeans still snugs on me around my thighs especially. : (
AM I BULKING UP??
i dont understand cuz muscles take up LESS space then fat so how come my jeans are STILL tight around my thighs??
confession: since skool started i have only wore my jeans ONCE out of the whole year cuz i hate how uncomfortable they make me feel.
guys any suggestion of wat i am doing wrong? i can feel my muscles but why isnt my fat going away??(mind you i am drinking my water, i am eating SOO much vegetables than ever before, counting calories, working my butt off)
