lately i’ve been feeling idk not myself becuz i havent gone to the gym for over like 2 weeks becuz of dance and when i look at the mirror i see and feel that i am starting to lose definitions on my legs and i hate that.
my self-esteem has been quit low to be honest. My body is really craving for a good workout.
anywhoo i said no to donuts today :D
