Well deserved rest day :)

So yeah I was hoping that I would only be a little sore today after yesterday’s brutal leg workout but who was I kidding!
Legs are so sore that just simply walking and climbing the stairs are painful tasks :/

Woot I think this is the year where I hopefully gain the confidence to wear shorts in public :) **fingers crossed***

  • deadlift - 95 WOOT : ) you know wat i could have kept going and added more weights but i had other exercises i wanted to do before my time ran out

So yeah today has been a good good day

  • been a while since i’ve killed my legs 
  • found my prom dress :D 
  • finalizing everything for boat cruise 

yeah so here is my workout for today:

  • one leg press
  • leg press (both legs) 
  • front barbell squat w/ push press 
  • leg extension 
  • dumbbell plie squat 
  • kettle bell swing 
  • goblet squat 
  • reverse lunges 

CARDIO:

  • 32 mins interval - treadmill 
  • 15 mins - stationary bike ( muscles were burning from weights that i couldnt even do my regular 30 mins HIIT) 
  • 8 mins hill - treadmill 

Time: 2 h
