Well deserved rest day :)
So yeah I was hoping that I would only be a little sore today after yesterday’s brutal leg workout but who was I kidding!
Legs are so sore that just simply walking and climbing the stairs are painful tasks :/
Woot I think this is the year where I hopefully gain the confidence to wear shorts in public :) **fingers crossed***
in third grade this kid got in trouble for saying “be free my niggas” when we released the butterflies

- deadlift - 95 WOOT : ) you know wat i could have kept going and added more weights but i had other exercises i wanted to do before my time ran out

yeah so here is my workout for today:
- one leg press
- leg press (both legs)
- front barbell squat w/ push press
- leg extension
- dumbbell plie squat
- kettle bell swing
- goblet squat
- reverse lunges
CARDIO:
- 32 mins interval - treadmill
- 15 mins - stationary bike ( muscles were burning from weights that i couldnt even do my regular 30 mins HIIT)
- 8 mins hill - treadmill

Cals burned: 1254
