Woke up with determination to crushed my upper body workout. Had to wait until church to go to the gym only leaving me with 1 h and 20 mins to workout before the gym closed.
Gave 110% on both cardio (hardest i’ve ever pushed myself) and weights
Worked my biceps/ back/ tricpes / shoulders
- dumbbell arnold shoulder press
- dumbbell bicep curls
- side and front lateral raises
- close grip seated cable row
- close grip lat pulldown
- pec flyes
- dumbbell tricep kickback
- dumbbell overhead press
- one arm dumbbell tricep overhead press
- barbell upright row
- barbell bent over row
- barbell bench press
CARDIO:
- 32 mins HIIT on treadmill (super proud of myself, really pushed myself)
