kk so today started off kinda slow, and bad. i was taking in way too much carbs and just being on the computer and being lazy. i was bloated - wat else is new, i am always bloated so before going to the gym i went to the doc and told them that i need to get check on cuz everything i eat i get really bloated and my stomach hurts.. anywhoo yeah i was bloated, tired, didn’t feel to go to the gym but i forced myself to go cuz there wasn’t anything better to do at home.
and guess wat, I KILLED MY CARDIO WORKOUT TODAY. BURNED1000 CALS IN AN HOUR AND 25 MINS :D
treadmill - 3 miles, 35 mins, 470 cals
stationary bike HIIT 30 mins 310 cals 11 miles
elliptical 25 mins, 305 cals
my workout clothes were soaked. However, wats weird is that when i do my intervals on the stationary bike, and working hard that my legs are on fire, my heart rate doesn’t go up that much :/ why is that ?! : S
i dont know wat happen but i think i sleep through my alarm which is weird becuz its pretty damn loud.
anywhoo so after work i decided to get my workout on, even though i was STARVING!
surprisingly after 20 mins into the workout, i forgot i was even hungry. i only managed to get 20 mins of HIIT cardio on the stationary bike and an hour and a half of weights becuz my parents were going out and they needed me back home. : /
Was gettin ready for bed when i remember that i didnt post my workout today. Unfortunately, due to going to the library after work and spending more time there then planned becuz i was waiting for my dad to finish his paper work so i didnt have to bus with tons of books in my hands, i ended up gettin home at around 7:00, thats sthe time i was planning to go do my cardio workout, but instead i ate dinner and was waiting for the bloat feeling to go away so i could kick my cardio workout but that my friends didnt happen: (
Hey, so i see you really helping and encouraging others and i need some of both, long story short beginning of summer i was so committed worked out every day eat well. 4 weeks into it i went down hill literally, stopped eating well and so on. Now i feel like i need a plan and i don't no how to make that plan on my own which i should any suggestions ?

so here are the things you need to do in order to start your weight loss:
stop eating junk food, however ONLY once a week you can treat yourself to your favorite treat NOT meal.
drink lots of water, keeps your dehydrated but also makes you feel full in between meals so you don’t tend to snack alot
start moving your body, commit to 20 mins per day of going to the gym or going outside and do something active and from there continue to increase the time
incorporate weight training in your workout, muscles helps you burn fat throughout the whole day and plus it will help you get that sexy, lean body.
get enough hours of sleep so about 8-9 hours at least, your body needs to recover from the workouts you are putting it through. With that said, take one day of the week as your rest day where you just rest but still keep your diet in check.
Clean eating is very important becuz you won’t see results if you dont change your habits. Eat LOTS of veggies, the are low in calories but the make you feel full, so any veggies will do. In times of protein you want things like egg whites, chicken breast, turkey burger, these meats are high in protein but less in fat. Also, another thing is in order to lose fat you need to eat fat, so healthy fats like olive oil, avocado, trial mix nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds) are awesome, they make you feel full longer and lastly natural peanut butter — BEST THING EVER ! omg.
if you want you can start off by writing EVERYTHING you eat, so you can see how much or how little your body is getting and by that way you can make few changes and adjustments with ur diet. Try to not eat anything below 1200 calories or else your body will think you are starving yourself and that will prevent your body to burn the fat you want it to burn.
Lastly, stay positive, cuz you didnt put in the weight overnight so your weight loss will take some time but i know you will get there. GIVE 100% in your diet and workouts and i am sure you will see results.

My pleasure love. That sounds like a reasonable goal weight however how tall are you so i can check that your goal weight is going to be healthy for you.
That is okay, you don’t have to give up your favorite meals, just need to adjust and swap a frew things like instead of white rice, you have one serving of brown rice and you can make your own, low sodium, low fat, low calorie stir fry.
Hello, I've been stressing so much about my weight. I feel so insecure about myself and sometimes I just wanna give up on everything.. I want to lose about 60 pounds but I really don't know where to start. Will you give me some advices?

eheh, chillax in my room and my mom comes in and asks me when i am going to teach her how to ride a bike, so i decided that i should get off mii bum and teach her.
it was fun seeing my mom act like a little kid, she didnt want me to go, she couldnt keep her balance, she even said that she now totally respects my job cuz you have to have the patience with dem kids. i will give her a week tops and she will be good to go.
I am challenging myself, for the remaining weeks of july and all through august i want to commit myself serious on with my HIIT cardio workouts. I WANT TO SEE THE PROGRESS OF MY HARD WORK I AM BUSTING DURING MY WEIGHT TRAINING!
