SO today was my first month of completing INSANITY :D omg. never thought that i would stick to this plan, sweating hard only in ur warm was intimidating at first but i have grown to loove it.
i feel the changes in my body. i am actually starting to love my LEGS. there are soo muscular, i can get enough of them and my waistline is also shrinking :D.
