anwhooo cross the border today and went grocery shopping again with pops :) we almost went for the whole day that is why i didnt get a chance to go to the gym today, we left pretty early.
tomorrow definitely going, got my bike fixed so i can get to the gym faster. still cant believe summer is finally here.
currently making a decision if i should get another job, going to ask wisdom from God cuz i also have a really good volunteer internship with port Metro, at the end you get scholarship money, and plus i am planning on volunteer at my mom’s work place with the seniors :)
I would like to take this time and thank God for helping me through this DIFFICULT and CHALLENGING year i have EVER experience in my whole school years.
Did my socials provincial and by the grace of God i hope i did well. Nothing too difficult that i couldn’t handle even the essay part was ya know not easy not hard it was…fair and i think i got the major points.
went to my onsite job training and ppl there are soo chill. going to have a blast thing summer. ICAN FEEL IT lol

kinda screwed up my diet today cuz there is NOTHING to eat at my house. crossing the border tomorrow with pops :)

don’t you hate it when you’re reading a chapter and then it’s coming to its climax and omg what’s gonna happen, then woops, your eyes dart to the last line and you spoil yourself and hate yourself for it
Woke up @ 5:30 so i can have a quick bit of something to eat before going to the gym, and also help prepare my little bro for skool.
got to the gym and felt like myself again. i swear when i say working out helps me pick the right choices when it comes to my diet. before while preparing for my finals and not having the opportunity to go to the gym i didnt put much thoughts to wat went to my mouth.
btw i am starting the Jamie Eason’s livefit plan so yeah lol this was day one. i know phase one doesnt consist of any cardio just weights but my goal this summer is to get as lean as possible before the new skool year so in achieving that i need some HIIT cardio.
so i did:
35 mins on the treadmill; ran 3 miles and burned 400 cals
stationary bike for 15 mins; 5 miles and burned around 150 cals
dumbbell curls; 30 lbs 1 set 10 reps, 2 set 8 reps
hummer curls; 30 lbs 3 sets 10 reps
pushups 3 sets of 12 reps
diet was pretty well done, drank water, promise myself only 1 cup of tea, no white flour.
currently preparing my portfolio for scholarships next year and making my account on studentawards.com to search scholarships i can apply for next year. —- i can cross of searching for scholarships off my summer bucket list :D
chilled with mii loves today lol honestly thank God for the group of friends he gave him. had so much fun, whole time we were there it was a non stop continous of laugher. there is NEVER a moment when we are not laughing about something.
….decided that i am going to postpone my studying for social’s provincial for tomorrow. yesterday i forced myself to do 4 chapters.
home is where love, peace ad respect flows like a river.
— i love it when my whole family is at home, idk i feel complete. I am in the dinning room and everybody is in the living room watching a movie. lol its cute everybody looks comfortable and well at peace.
God has truly bless me with not a perfect family but a family that fears Him and knows how to communication with one another in peace.
