I SURVIVED 30 mins 3 miles, 400 cals stationary bike 20 mins 7 miles, 200cals elliptical 10 mins 130 cals ii know wat you are thinking how does these workout seems “brutal” well you haven’t heard of something call HIIT CARDIO then you won’t understand the pain i was in. finally, took several hours to research some products that can help me with reconstructing my hair cuz its in a REALLY in a bad shape. Its breaking, its dry, its the shortest i have seen in since i moved here in Canada. hopefully going to buy the products next week. babysitting cant go to gym and plus i have weird cramps/ bloating :(
