EVERYTHING HURTS arms and legs are so sore…icant…  HOWEVER I FEEL GREAT! a solid hour and a half of LIFTING is wat i needed from all the stress i put my body during the finals.  dumbbell step ups; 25 lbs 4 sets 10 reps  kettle bell swing; 25 kgs 4 sets 10 reps - i usually lift 35 kg but my back was hurting  dumbbell lunges; 25 lbs 4 sets 10 reps -havent done these in a while ...

LEGS = BURNING !
I SURVIVED  30 mins 3 miles, 400 cals  stationary bike 20 mins 7 miles, 200cals  elliptical 10 mins 130 cals ii know wat you are thinking how does these workout seems “brutal” well you haven’t heard of something call HIIT CARDIO then you won’t understand the pain i was in.  HIIT 4 LIFE!  btw didnt get the chance to do weights cuz dem boyz were taking up all the space...

finally, took several hours to research some products that can help me with reconstructing my hair cuz its in a REALLY in a bad shape. Its breaking, its dry, its the shortest i have seen in since i moved here in Canada. hopefully going to buy the products next week.  babysitting cant go to gym and plus i have weird cramps/ bloating :(

loving this song by JB, his new album is pretty good.  Day’s Workout:  HIIT cardio on treadmill 33 mins 414 cals stationary bike HIIT 20 mins 214 cals  leg extension drop set  leg press  wanted to work out more but since i barely ate a quality meal today i didnt want to stuff myself with so much work so my body doesnt think i am starving myself.
