wow…. so you know how i have a math test tomorrow well couple hours ago i thought i was screwed for a particular section i didnt understand. before starting my hmwk i prayed to God to help me so that stress doesnt overwhelm me and for him to give me the knowledge to under the section i didnt understand.

to tell you the truth i dont really know.
i have been going to the gym for about 2 years now lifting weights and doing cardio here. at first there wasn’t a whole lot of difference on the scale. lost 10 lbs then the scale went up becuz i was lifting so i guess i gain muscles.
i dont know wat month it was but i am pretty sure it was like a month or two into school this year that i decided that i wanted to push myself even more. so this spring break i started INSANITY :D omg. its amazing i recommend this program to EVERYBODY, yeah its challenging but if you really want to see results and tone up then you have to stick through the workouts.
with insanity i completely changed my diet. before my diet was clean but i wasnt eating a lot of protein or veggies. i was just eating more whole wheat carbs. so for the past idk 3 weeks i have been having loads of veggies/ fruits and protein and decrease my carb intake. on weekends i eat more carbs than on week days. honestly i feel great my body is cooperating very well. i can feel changes in my body.
to answer your question it i dont know how long it took my to lose than 12 pounds i think becuz i LOOVE lifting weights so i the scale screws me up becuz right now it says i am 183 which is weird cuz i am much toner than ever before.
dont focus your progress on the scale. you will get discourage. i know i did cuz my main goal was to build muscle and tone out instead of JUST losing weight.
stress does this to me. its not like i have been eating junk food all day just ate more of my favorite things like my mom’ss waffles I CANT GET ENOUGH OF THOSE so damn good. gotta stop cuz its not even whole wheat.
TOMORROW A NEW DAY. my diet is going to be on point.
i need to start going to the gym in the morning again, I MISS MY WEIGHTS !
