celebrate it wit my bestie who her bday is today and some of our friends. i decided to treat myself and i dont know if i went overboard or not. like i had half a cookie or brownie, instead of cheese pizza i had the veggie one. umm. i drank 1 1/2 bottle of water.
we played just dance 3 for like 3 hours and yes i was breaking a sweat a little so i was moving around. probably burned 100 cals : /
couldnt run yesterday and the day before that becuz i dont know wats wrong wit my one of my foot. i think i messed it up. But i believe that God’s grace is upon me and i shall be healed : )
my legs…….. are having a hard time holding me up. LOVE IT! i seriously had trouble walking home becuz i pushed myself today.
I RAN NON STOP 2 MILES ! lol yeah i know i am a beast :D heheh

guys honestly pray for me. being on the treadmill for almost an hour is painful for me cuz i am a weights gurl.
i need u guys support on this. it was pouring rain all windy and stuff i was arguing with myself to go to the gym and i am soo glad i did. I even went early in the morning to do weights :D - i am on fire.

went to the gym today FINALLY and completed 5 miles in 55 mins — havent done it for a while : / my goal is to do 5 miles in 45 mins or less.

i weigh myself and the scale said that i have gone up two pounds from my previous weight which was 174. i am now 176. i know its not fat becuz first of all i drank 2 cups of green tea before running and also water during the run. i have been 80% clean on my diet and plus my clothes still feel lose.
its not about the number on the scale, I WANT TO GAIN MUSCLES ! i can be a 150 pound and wear a size 6 for all i care.
for the past week i have been avoiding the gym becuz of all the test and projects that my teachers assign but i have to realize that life doesnt get easier than this. I am going to be in college and uni in about 2 years and i have to learn how to balance, skool, work, friends, and also working out.
Even though i have math test this coming week and a socials test next week i need get organize and fit my workout somewhere.
in about 5 weeks my skool is going to be hosting a huge dance competition and my dance squad is going to present.
Going to go to the gym 7 times a week and do some HIIT Cardio and also weights
Goal is to be 169 and lower for the competition that is about 5 lbs in 5 weeks. - sounds possible. I CAN DO THIS. i want to look sexy while performing in my army suit : )
