The next time you want to eat that piece of cake i want you to but some of the icing on ur hand then go wash it off and see how oily your hand gets. Cake is basically butter and sugar mix together. Picture a block of butter sprinkled with tons of sugar going inside your body. lol enjoy that piece of cake now.
went to the gym and i ran for 30 MINS STRAIGHT ! like R U KIDDIN ME, this is the girl who use to HATE running. who use to be jealous at those ppl who made running easy. i finally finally found my pace. i run for 30 mins at a 6.0 pace. and i felt like a million bucks. burned around 400 cals.
i also did some weights and at the end as promise i did my 20 mins stretch and my body was so relieved.
we have had two practices so far and i can see a MAJOR difference from the body i had last year and the one i have now. i can run longer, move quicker, i have improved so much on my ball skills. lol sometimes we have breaks so we can get water and my teammates are dying of thirst and i am just there not even tired at all.
at the end of practice my coaches makes us do some type of strength workout and today we did wall squats. we had to sing a song while doing it. last year not even a minute into it my legs started to burn now i can do it for like forever : ) my legs are MUCH toner, nd tighter than last year.
