I was talking to a gurl today and she asked my wat grade are u in and i was like i am going to gr. 11. Later it hit me that damn i am almost done high school, i am almost an adult (but i still act like a child sometimes) i am on my way to go to college or university. Like i remember like it was yesterday that i entered high school and i was only in gr.8 thinking that high school is going take forever. Now i wish i could go back and cherish all life precious moments cuz i have to admit i dont want high school to end.
Hey girl, I just came across your blog and I find it so inspiring. Recently over the last few months, I have really been wanting to become healthy. I have the worst habits: giving into my favorite foods that aren't healthy, skipping the gym, etc. Those are pretty much my biggest obstacles. Every one tells me I'm skinny and I don't need to diet, but it's really not about being skinny, so much as I just want to love my body and feel proud of myself for taking care of my body. So yeah, I just wanted to let you know that I'm so inspired by you and your blog (:
It truly means the world to me when ppl tell me that i or either my blog has inspired them to be healthy. That was and still is my only goal from the beginning when i made my tumblr account.
I noticed that muscle doesn't always take up less space than fat in the leg region. If your legs are toned and you're using them a lot, they might be thicker, but less squishy. It can all vary. As long as you're happy with yourself who gives a shiz if they aren't loose. Get a bigger size and brag about how it's all muscle. :P
ever since i weight myself and it read 174.8 well i have officially gain 3 pound of muscles : ) how do i know its muscle instead of fat? well i have been busting my butt in the gym, my diet is clean, and my body is becoming more and more tone than before especially my legs.
but wat i dont get is that i know u shouldnt rely on the scale cuz it can discourage you from contining ur journey when the numbers arent going down so last week i put on a pair of jeans that i havent worn for a long time i think they r skinny jeans and they arent lose. like wat gives. i am building more muscles than before, and if i am not correct muscles take less space than fat right? then why aren’t my jeans getting lose? wat i am doing wrong?
idk its getting frustrating cuz i am putting so much effort and yet i am not really seeing big results when i am put on my jeans, but my shirts are getting loser so i guess that is great.
