well i lost 3lbs but since my goal is to build muscle and not only lose weight i gain 3 lbs of muscles : )
the scale dont budge that much before i love lifting weights than doing cardio. so even though the scale is not changing my appearence is. my legs are much toner, i got biceps and triceps. my butt is much smaller. my waist is shrinking. all that good stuff.
so i know in the past ive have blogged about doing Bodyrock but it has been a while since i have done any workouts cuz i am limited from the workout cuz i dont have the equipment zuzuna uses.
so with that said when i weigh 150 i am going to buy myself DIP STATION, SANDBAG, AND AND INTERVAL TIMER! and i am going to do Bodyrock 6 TIMES PER WEEK.
i was going to ask my parents to buy it for me now but they just bought me turbo fire which cost $160 something including taxes so i am going to finish up turbo fire and get results then i am going to talk to them about this.
not bad eh : ) i feel great 3.30 mile run, and 25 mins of strength training on the ARC elliptical training. i was planning on doing a 5 miler but my body was acting weird and so i decided to listen to it and stop. i think i had low fuel. i seriously need to buy protein powder shake. gonna talk to my doctor about it.
