HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE !?
yesterday i weighed myself and the scale said 175.9 that is basically 176 right ?
so today after an intense workout (weight training day) i weigh myself out of habit and i was not expecting to lose 1 pound in a day so i got on the scale and i almost screamed lol the scale said 174.8 LIKE R U FOR REAL ALMOST 2 POUNDS IN ONE DAY ! THAT IS CRAZY : )
i rode my bike home with a HUGE...
ended up taking my little bro to the library
lol i love it when ppl see him with me they go awwe so cute, how old is he ? lol my bro is going to be a ladies man when he grows up
anywho there were a lot of health and fitness books waiting for me when i got there. i also found 2 DVD of hip hop abs : ) YEAH MAN !
also i got S.W.A.T workout DAMN this workout is now joke. i loove...
"Did you lose weight?"
I feel like everyone loves hearing that question. I do not. I like hearing “You’ve lost weight !” I like people not even having to ask if I did. I like them noticing right away. I enjoy it.

kk so i want to watch easy a nd i need a website that shows it in HD. Does anybody know a good website ?
