Hmmm well I have no clue how many calories I eat per day haha, I don't count calories, sorry! I just eat things that know are healthy for my body, and I don't eat things that I know aren't healthy for my body. It's that simple. I eat lots of meat, veggies, fruit, nuts, and fish. I don't eat wheat or grains really - they are inflammatory and cause bloat and a host of other issues I don't like dealing with.
The toning and leaning out mostly comes with what you eat, so changing the way you eat can change a lot. In terms of the workouts that I do....I mostly just strength train, I lift pretty heavy weights usually 3 times per week. I don't really do cardio unless it's bike sprints or sprinting on the track. if you want to focus on legs (I don't really ever focus on one spot) I would start with lunges and squats with weight. When you build muscle, it burns fat, so just doing cardio won't cut it. In terms of abs....I don't really do much for them specifically, but like I said, clean eating can go along way. When You life weights, you engage your core muscles (the ones underneath the visible "ab muscles"), and that's the most effective way I think...building a strong core. You can do a million sit ups or crunches or do the p90X ab ripper video, but all that's gonna do is make your abs tired and sore, while it's also not really doing anything to make your core stronger. It might give you the APPEARANCE of a defined stomach, but looks mean nothing if you're still weak. To work on core I would suggest doing different plank variations.

I just stumbled across your blog from someone reposting one of you photos. I just had a quick look through yours and i love it.
Just thought i'd let you know that we have very similar measurements. 6 weeks ago i was 5'7 and 190lbs. Now just from going to the gym for an hour a day and eating a little healthier, i am 180lbs :)
Feels good doesn't it!
My goal is 170lbs by my wedding in October!

idk if my speech is that good. here it is
Wudd up ___ (my school name)
I am ___ and i am running again for the second time to be your representative for our grade in student council. In my speech last year i promised you more dances which was granted this year. I know i might not have been the best dances you have gone to but i ma make sure it will be better next year if you vote for me. I truly love (name of my school) and the great ppl that are in it. When i first came here everybody welcomed me with open arms and i dont regret coming here instead of (another skool name). You all have shown me that you got each others back no matter what race or culture you are and that is one of the few things alot of skool luck. Can you believe it? We are graduating in 2 years! I don’t know where some of you are going but if you vote for me i will make sure that we have the best 2 remaining years. I am a very hard worker. When i am committed to something i use all my energy and passion to achieve the goals that are required to met. So with that said vote for me and you won’t regret it.
