exercise is good for cramps. i had the absolute worst most horrible cramps, and when i'd tell my track coach, she'd just push me harder, and they'd go away after a few minutes. being a girl doesn't have to stop you from anything.

It’s okay. It’s okay if I don’t step on the scale and see a difference every day. It’s okay that some of my old clothes still fit. It’s okay that my thighs are touching now. It’s okay because I know that someday soon I’ll get there; it won’t be today and probably won’t be tomorrow, but one day the work and waiting and disappointment will pay off. It’s okay to wait.
I love that you aim to be strong and healthy in a society that aims just to be skinny. I've always said that I not only want to look better but to feel better also. Healthy to me and being able to run a mile like i use to without having to take a break. I miss feeling invincible and this blog makes me want to pursue that feeling again!
