Protein bars (also known as nutrition or energy bars) appear to let you have your cake and eat it too: They pack belly-flattening ingredients, they help tide you over when you can’t get to real food, and many taste like dessert.
Choose one that has 100 to 200 calories and contains the following good-for-you ingredients.
Protein: LOOK FOR: At least six grams. Emerging research indicates that whey, a dairy-derived protein, may have a slight advantage over other forms of protein when it comes to body sculpting. And according to a study that was published in theJournal of Nutrition earlier this year, whey can also help blast belly fat and reduce overall body weight.
Carbohydrates: LOOK FOR: Whole grains and dried fruit (35 grams or less of total carbs, of which no more than 19 grams should be from sugar). Steer clear of tough-to-digest sugar alcohols that can lead to rather unpleasant tummy issues, says Heller.
Fat: LOOK FOR: Heart-healthy unsaturated fats that come from nuts, seeds, and peanut butter (eight grams or less). They satisfy your stomach without clogging your arteries the way many saturated fats, such as palm oil, do.
Fiber: LOOK FOR: Up to five grams of any kind. Most bars don’t identify the type of fiber they contain, but many have some combo of insoluble and soluble fiber, both of which take up space in your digestive tract to keep you full.

since starting skool havent sat down and watch tv like skool is taking soooo much out of me. i am currently stressing. i have a chem test tomorrow then the on frid. a socials test URG! BREEATTHHHH !!

today i drank the meal replacement smoothie thingy that my dad bought and first of all it taste soo good :D and second i felt full after drinking it. so i had it twice for breakfast and for lunch then i had dinner. i also had snacks in between like yogurt and apples (2) but the whole day i felt full and satisfy :D
