Woke up to see my waist the FLATTEST it has been for a while!!
Safe to say that the detox and other regime I tried worked!!

OMG also I forgot to inform you guys that I misdiagnosed myself. I am NOT allergic to gluten but to a certain extent. Just have to watch the amount I consume on a daily basis.

Took my measurements today and i was honestly anxious of the numbers I would see cuz I barely worked out or are “clean” the entire summer. Surprisingly the numbers stayed the same and decreased near my waist !!

Starting tomorrow, the 1st of September, I will be on prep for summer of 2015. There are so many things I promise myself to do/ wear once I got near my goal physique. See how I didn’t say weight, because it has finally clicked that numbers on the scale mean absolutely NOTHING! Yeah I will measure myself once a week but I will rely my progress on jeans and the measuring tape.
